Greetings. I wanted to share with you the wonderful, generous & heartfelt words I receive from you, my dear customers regarding your feelings & thoughts upon receiving one of my creations. Hearing these amazing words is absolutely inspiring and gives me such unbelievable joy. They are TRULY what keeps me motivated & advancing along on this creative path of mine.

My fondest wish and biggest goal when creating is that when you receive one of my creations you will love it every bit as much as I do. I want you to know, without a doubt, that your purchase was worth every penny & that you have purchased an item that was made not only with the utmost quality...but with the utmost care as well.

Your emails, cards, letters & phone calls confirm for me that I am accomplishing what I have set out to do, I am meeting that goal I set for myself & for this business of mine. It is a very, very gratifying feeling and I thank you for that and for taking the time to let me know. Fondly, Doreen

"Good afternoon Doreen -OMG!!! I can't even explain how happy I am with Barlow #2 and Raton-!! Joyful and smiling all morning I was- sitting with my tea at my dining room table with them both. I have to leave for work now and will probably miss them- LOL! You did a fabulous -PERFECT- job on little Barlow- he looks just like a real bear cub - unreal!!!! "Dear Doreen: I just received the Mother Midnight house and it is completely delightful! I spent the longest time examing the details; the wonderful aged quality to the paper and paint, the charming little animals. I will certainly want to order accompanying pieces in the future if you are still making them. Would you be willing to make a reproduction of the old Carrier house that still stands in Marlborough, Connecticut? There are pictures on my website under the "More About Salem" tab. "Doreen, Patience is in her new home and she looks smashing. She is gorgeous. I love her and was very pleased that her outfit was darker than in the pictures. She is going to be the center piece for my brown and off white Thanksgiving decorations. I can't wait to get it all set up. I was sick yesterday because I had missed the mail-lady and had to go pick up Patience myself today. She was none the worse for being "caged" for one more day, but she was happy to be free and very excited about being in her new home. I am sure she will love it here, my sweeties granddaughter calls this the happy house, so I am sure Patience will be happy. "Dear Doreen: I came home today to find your package waiting for me, and I can hardly express how moved I was unpacking Thomas' house. The care and detail that went into your creation is so wonderful---it's just perfect. I love the way you lined the inside of the house, and all the attention to the details; the flintlock and the wintry tree. The house looks like an heirloom passed down through many generations. My mother will be thrilled and I can't wait to see her face Christmas morning when my whole extended family is gathered around to watch. Thank you so much for taking on the project.
